If we have worked in your home before, tell us when you book. Returning customers are scheduled ahead of new enquiries where the calendar allows it, which in practice usually means an earlier window on the same day.
More than one appliance
If two appliances need attention at the same address, book them together. One visit means one trip and one set of travel time, and it costs less than two separate calls.
Landlords and property managers
We work with property managers across Palm Beach County on standing arrangements: agreed response times, consolidated invoicing and direct contact with a technician rather than a queue. Call us and ask for the property terms.
Dryer vent cleaning with a laundry repair
Most dryer faults we attend are caused by restricted venting rather than the machine. If we are already on site for a laundry repair, having the vent run cleaned at the same time is the cheapest way to stop the fault returning.
What we will not do
We do not advertise a discount and then find a reason it does not apply, and we do not quote a low headline price that grows once a technician is in your kitchen. If an offer applies to your job, it is applied to the quote before you approve it.
