AAA Appliance Repair West Palm Beach was built around one idea: the person who diagnoses your appliance should be the person who repairs it, and the price you are quoted should be the price you pay.

How we work

We are a mobile, in-home repair company. There is no workshop to leave your appliance at and no queue to wait in – a technician comes to you, inside a two-hour arrival window, with the parts that most often fail on your specific model already on the van.

Every visit follows the same sequence. Diagnose properly, using measurements and the appliance’s own stored fault history rather than guesswork. Quote a flat price covering parts and labour. Get your approval. Then, and only then, open the appliance up.

What makes us different

We diagnose before we quote. The difference between a $90 part and a $600 one is often a single reading. Swapping components until something works is fast for the technician and expensive for you.

We say no when we should. If a repair costs more than half of a comparable new appliance and the unit is past two thirds of its service life, we will tell you to replace it. We would rather lose one job than sell you a part you should not buy.

We take built-ins seriously. Column refrigerators, integrated dishwashers and built-in Sub-Zero refrigeration are core work for us. Pulling a panel-ready unit out of custom cabinetry without marking it takes time, and we take that time.

No travel surcharge. Every ZIP code listed on our service area pages is charged the same, and we do not add a fee for distance inside them.

Our technicians

Our people are trained on the brands they service and hold EPA certification for sealed-system refrigeration work. They carry manufacturer documentation and diagnostic tooling for the brands that actually fill kitchens here, from GE laundry and refrigeration to Bosch dishwashers and built-in Sub-Zero.

They also carry an instruction that matters more than any of that: explain what failed and why, in plain language, before quoting anything.

West Palm Beach, Riviera Beach, Royal Palm Beach and Wellington, all inside Palm Beach County and all a short drive from our base on South Military Trail. A tight service area is what makes a two-hour arrival window a promise rather than an estimate.
