What happens when you call

You will speak to someone who works on appliances, not a call centre. Tell us the brand, the model number if you have it, and what the appliance is actually doing – that is usually enough for us to know which parts to put on the van before we set off.

We will give you a two-hour arrival window rather than an all-day one, and we will confirm the technician by phone or text before they arrive.

What a visit costs

Most repairs land between $150 and $450 including parts and labour. You will never be charged for work you did not approve, and there is no travel surcharge inside the ZIP codes listed on our service area pages.

If it is an emergency

A refrigerator drifting above 40 °F, water on the floor, a gas smell, or a dryer tripping its breaker – call rather than book online, and say so when you get through. Those calls get moved to the front of the schedule. If you smell gas, leave the property and call your gas utility first.
